Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience
  • 7 years of experience in analytics
  • Experience with scripting/statistical programming languages (e.g., SQL, R, SAS, Python, etc.) and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Data Studio, Tableau, etc.)
  • Experience influencing outcomes and communicating analytical results to technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level audiences

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in developing and applying analytics in business-to-business marketing
  • Experience using analytics to drive shared outcomes with sales teams
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform or other similar cloud technologies
  • Experience mentoring analytics or data science team members in a formal or informal capacity

From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the representation of the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.

As a Funnel and Pipeline Analytics Manager on the Marketing Demand Intelligence and Analytics team, you will lead analytics deliverables globally to measure demand generation program performance and funnel health, and provide data driven insights to optimize lead and account funnel progression. Your suite of deliverables will include building demand generation dashboards and reports, running diagnostic analyses to identify opportunity areas in demand funnel progression, and influencing key stakeholders in Marketing and Sales on go-to-market strategies and demand funnel optimization.

  • Define and align with Marketing and Sales stakeholders on the single source of truth (SSOT) for demand funnel measurement globally.
  • Build business intelligence dashboards and reports to provide marketers with a view into ongoing demand generation program performance, and a pulse on demand funnel health.
  • Generate analytics assets with compelling data narratives to facilitate ongoing quarterly, monthly, and weekly business conversations between Marketing and Sales leaders.
  • Synthesize and present quantitative results and actionable insights to key stakeholders and business leaders to drive desired business outcomes.
  • Work with cross-functional teams in Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Product Management/Engineering to drive collaborative work streams on optimization, forecasting, and other analytical processes.
