Job Description

You are a humble, passionate, and experienced engineer that is excited to write code but is also comfortable working with sales, accounts, and other engineers. You have a positive outlook and are interested in working in a highly collaborative work environment.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• You’ll build and improve on their fleet of ML models.
• You’ll continue research to improve recommendations for their customers and continue building out first of its kind models, starting with the apparel industry.
• You’ll help shape clothing manufacturing for their clients with their data.
• You’ll collaborate with a team excited to improve environmental impact and improve ecommerce.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: (even if you do not meet these skills 100%, we still welcome you to apply)

• 4+ years’ experience working as a Data Scientist in a professional setting.
• You understand supervised machine learning well and are comfortable with both traditional modeling techniques as well as neural networks.
• Your tool chest spans prototyping with Python/Jupyter/SQL & can assist in deploying with Docker.
• You are interested in exploring their data to improve their products & can easily extract insights.
• You are research-focused and are interested in finding new ways to solve problems.
• You’re excited to build automated model training infrastructure.
• You have a leader’s mindset and are willing to grow on a team where you would be leading other data scientists.
• MS/PhD in Computer Science, Data Science.
• Eligible to work in the USA.
