Job Description

We are looking for the right individual to lead all administrative aspects of our critical Client Survey Feedback and insight process. ?This feedback, and related action planning, bring together resources from our Operational Leadership team, Advance Analytics teams, Process Improvement teams, and several others to ensure our mission of providing the best Customer Experience in the industry.

The Survey Specialist (Senior Analyst, Advanced Business Analytics) will be?responsible for working with our survey partner (Qualtrics) to ensure maximum utilization of our capabilities and get the necessary data to ensure we understand and action all client feedback.?They will support the overall survey analytics team by doing reviews and working with business analysts to develop reports and improve dashboards to provide feedback to the business teams.? They will also work with the business analyst to modify algorithms to improve the system identification of topics, sentiment, and privacy violations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with operational leaders to finalize survey recipient lists
  • Lead administration of surveys to entire TTEC client base 
  • Troubleshoot and identify issues with existing reports and data by analyzing Excel reports and other data.
  • Analyze survey data and make recommendations on how to improve processes.? Identify key trends in data and, under direction of I/O team, help model new scoring and content to maximize predictive validity. Summary analysis and recommendations are provided to all levels of management internally and client-facing analyses are required often, also. 
  • Create and provide advanced data cleaning automation, combining multiple datasets and ability to work with other analysts to combine efforts
  • Provide basic analytics and PowerBI reports on survey results
  • Create and present powerpoint presentations on analytics and project results
  • As directed by management, manage multiple complex business projects.? Complex projects could include the rollout of new reporting for clients or internal use, submitting requirements to data warehousing team for database changes, providing client direct data feeds solutions, etc. 
  • Work on special projects and escalated issues as directed by corporate management. 
  • Work directly with external and internal client to determine reporting requirements and develop appropriate solutions. 

??Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with customer and employee surveys
  • Proficiency and exposure in Excel (PowerBI/Tableau, Looker, etc…preferred) 
  • Proficient in analytics and statistics methodologies such as multiple regression, meta-analysis, regression, etc 
  • Have at least 1 year work experience in similar roles
  • Proficient in survey best practices that result in easily maintained survey processes across the organization
  • Proficient in documentation of technical specifications
  • Ability to work well with a team or multiple teams
