Job Description

You will collaborate closely with leaders to support strategic cross initiatives that help us keep costs in check, maximize revenue while creating a better healthcare experience for people everywhere.

Responsibilities

• Support detailed analyses, modeling and forecasting for key operational areas ranging from marketing to finance to operations and impact our rapidly growing business. 
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, scope and solve problems they face, and help decision-makers on the team form educated practical strategies and recommendations. 
• Proactively discover important trends in key metrics impacting our business, distill key insights, present to key executives, and drive meaningful actions. 
• Leverage a broad set of technical skills and strong business understanding to creatively solve complex problems with strategic impact. 
• Provide insights about our products and member experience to inform Product and Marketing teams for roadmap and feature decisions. 

Candidate Profile

• 4+ years’ experience in Data Science, Marketing Analytics or a related field in SaaS or consumer companies. 
• Strong SQL skills, ability to code in and analyze data with Python (or R), practical experience with BI tools like Tableau 
• Firm understanding of statistical and machine learning concepts with strong experience in applying these concepts to solve business problems
• Compelling storytelling through analytics and visualization, getting your point across and keeping your audience engaged 
• Experience in creating, maintaining and deploying data pipelines in CI/CD environment is a plus
• A solid grasp of key SaaS business metrics and drivers
• Strong critical thinking, active listening, and communication skills to infer business needs, grasp underlying context, and translate loose direction on analytical projects into concrete solutions
• The ability to drive projects, dealing with complexity, flexibility to respond to dynamic business environment, ability to take constructive feedback and adapt quickly to deliver critical business needs
• A Master’s degree or higher in computer science, statistics, information systems, engineering or a related field 

Note: We have the flexibility to adjust each role based on candidate experience, knowledge and interests.

The base salary range for this position is $110,000-$126,500. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for performance bonus, RSU’s, and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2022. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
