Job Description

• As a key member of Analytics team, the Sr Consultant will work closely with Architects and Consultants in both technical and functional areas and help with strategic planning and business development in ViZi Analytics
• Work with Analytics Architects/Manager in providing inputs to customer RFI/RFP processes by analyzing and drafting the responses
• Ability to provide Data Analysis policies and procedures regarding collating and analysing data
• Conducting requirement gathering sessions with business teams, stakeholders and SMEs to capture analytics requirements and produce output documents such as business blueprint and functional specification etc.
• Should be able to interpret and understand requirements around data science, machine learning and AI and be able to map these with Vistex DS solutions
• Ability to conduct data analysis process for creating data models for delivering BI solutions including the collection and utilisation of all data
• Extending knowledge of Business Intelligence to provide ongoing refinement of processes to improve operations
• Should liaise with pre-sales, sales and consultants of Vistex functional areas
• Able to access a range of structured as well as unstructured information
• Play the Consultant role in analyzing vast data from varied sources and produced insights and intelligence
• Skilled in a client-facing role, able to interpret complex data and explain it in straight forward, easy to understand terms and language
• Should have the appetite to learn and understand BI tools and be able to (although this is not essential)
• This is analytical and client-facing role plays a vital part in helping the analytics practice grow in EMEA
• A skilled consultant, working on critical analytics projects using expertise in data analysis and business intelligence
• Ability to work with large amounts of information and see the ‘bigger picture’, comfortable with juggling facts, figures, and number crunching
• Communication skills, both written and oral, attention to detail, excellent maths skills
• Critical thinking, able to look at numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings

Techno Functional Skills:

• 5-7 years of strong Data and Analytics knowledge and skills to work on Vistex Analytics projects across EMEA
• Desirable SQL knowledge with ability to read and write SQL statements and Procedures
• Knowledge or appetite to learn SAP HANA technologies through internal teams to acquire required skills in ViZi components
• Ability to conduct onsite and remote customer workshops, documentation skills such as Functional and Technical Specifications
• Experience in report design and performance optimization best practices in Analytics
• Knowledge/understanding to Predictive Analytics, Machine Learning/AI tools like SAP PAL/Python desirable but not essential
• Knowledge in Google Cloud Platform Analytics tools would be a plus
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication a must
• Ability to present complex information in a clear and precise manner with non-technical audience
