Job Description

Manage the team and own the overall strategy and delivery of Customer Digital Experience (CDx) analytics and insights for GE Healthcare. Define the strategy and build out the organization that will understand customer segments, touchpoints, and interactions throughout a customer's journey in order to deliver key insights and recommended actions. Leverage deep technology, process and domain expertise to drive execution across multiple interdependent analytics projects within a program; ensure outcomes delivery on time, within scope and budget and of desired quality.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders in defining and prioritizing analytics needs tied to CDx. Establishes vision, identifies and champions internal / external best practices, tools and ideas to improve data and related platforms and services.
  • Act as the thought leader for the use of data and analytics to deliver critical business insights and recommend decisions/actions, with a focus on the customer journey
  • Expert in proactively using data, practical knowledge and innovative insights to drive timely decisions, determine appropriate courses of action, forecast future needs while managing risk and uncertainty for the team
  • Responsible for overseeing the development of analytics leveraging BI platforms
  • Own the overall strategy, build-out, administration, and utilization of web analytics platforms (including but not limited to Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics)
  • Outline multi-generational project strategy aligned to deliver on the expected outcomes
  • Define execution methodologies and project management practices to be followed by all projects within the program
  • Manage resources and oversee execution of multiple interdependent analytics projects tracked by business outcomes based on budget, scope and timeline
  • Support execution team with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies, project risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the life of the project
  • Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting at various levels of the organization including leadership and executives
  • Ensure quality of deliverables is verified and matching stakeholder expectations
  • Track project outcomes realization and customer satisfaction levels through established metrics against service level.

Basic Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science or a similar field with a minimum of 10 years of experience

Desired Characteristics

  • Strong working knowledge of web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.) and strategies
  • Working knowledge of mathematics, statistics, text mining, and modeling skills
  • Understanding of Big Data programming environments and major analytics software packages and programming environments
  • Experience working with database technologies, including Oracle, SAP, SQL / NoSQL platforms, visualization applications such as Power BI, Spotfire or Tableau
  • Experience defining and delivering web, commercial/eCommerce , and marketing related analytic and insights
  • Creative thinker who is able to build out and deliver complex analytics, the story the analytics is telling, and the hypothesis/insights on what can help the business to achieve outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to lead in a highly matrixed environment
  • Demonstrated customer focus – evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer, builds strong customer relationships, creates processes with customer viewpoint and partners with customers to help shape their future initiatives
  • Strong analytical and strong problem solving skills -communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information / data to make decisions, anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve, creates actionable strategies and operational plans
  • Change oriented – actively generates process improvements, champions and drives change initiatives, confronts difficult circumstances in creative ways, balances multiple and competing priorities and executes accordingly
  • Expert experience using project management methodologies to deliver business value, manage financials, and drive significant change across an organization
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of various project and portfolio management methodologies with track record of implementing shared standards for large organizations
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to influence outcomes and organize teams to attain shared goals
  • Excellent influencing, interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal) with all levels of an organization
  • Self-starter - requires minimal direction to accomplish goals
  • Strong team player – collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources
