To help bring this vision to life, we are looking for an analytics professional responsible for providing holistic insights on our customers, advisors and intermediaries across digital and other channels used for engagement. This role reports to the Director, Digital Marketing Analytics, which is part of the CMO office within the centralized Marketing organization.
About the Role
We are looking for someone who is a strategic thinker, yet excited about getting into the weeds; a self-starter with a can-do attitude, yet excited about working in a collaborative, open-space environment; passionate about analyzing large amounts of disparate data, yet able to whittle it down to what matters; geeks out and has a sense of humor, yet, seen as someone who has the maturity and presence to influence decision making at the highest levels of leadership.
As a Manager, you’ll work with both onshore and offshore teams of digital and data analysts to perform deep dive analyses on Prudential’s digital properties, identify opportunities to continuously improve customer experiences and present impactful recommendations to stakeholders and leadership. You will get to work in an exciting evolving environment – with new MarTech tools being adopted as well as ongoing transition from on-premise to cloud data platforms, you will be encouraged to expand your skills, test your creative boundaries, share new ideas, explore technologies, help scope and size benefits on key marketing initiatives, and above all, be key contributor to delivering the vision with robust information driven insights.
