Prudential’s Chief Data Office is seeking a Manager, Analytics and Insights in the Business Intelligence team to engage and consult with the business as a strategic advisor to position them for success with the best possible analytics, insights and recommendations based on deep business understanding. This role will report to the Senior Agile Product Owner, Business Intelligence.
The Manager, Analytics and Insights will drive insight generation, develop roadmaps and lead/support execution of multiple key analytics initiatives while building relationships across different teams within the organization. The role requires a rare combination of sophisticated analytical expertise, business acumen, strategic mindset, client, relationship, and project management, and a passion for building new capabilities.
The Manager, Analytics and Insights will work with agile product teams to drive dashboarding and insights initiatives aligned to the overall strategy. The person will build high quality dashboards or insights decks and work collaboratively across Prudential and third-party vendors to deliver a technology-led, data driven products that support our customers’ success. Example products may include but may not be limited to: Tableau/PowerBI dashboards, business insights decks, driving end-to-end BI solutions working with large and small teams.
The successful candidate must have expertise in execution and operations of data analytics technologies (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, SQL), experience creating data products (e.g., ingestion, consumption, data models supporting analytic solutions), descriptive or predictive statistics, and story-telling of insights.
