This is an exciting opportunity to work for Fanatical (part of Fandom.com) in our Business Intelligence Department. Fanatical is one of the world’s leading e-commerce and technology platforms. We deliver an extensive catalogue of PC games and digital entertainment products to customers in more than 200 territories worldwide, with sales in excess of 93 million products to date.
We wish to employ a dynamic, inquisitive, and passionate Business Intelligence Analyst. Working in the BI Team, the successful candidate will help make sure every decision at Fanatical is data-driven. The opportunity to spot trends over millions of users and thousands of products and make recommendations to the business development, marketing, and store teams accordingly will be an integral element of the job.
The role will encompass exploratory data analysis, all the way to building reports and self-service dashboards. When presented with a problem, the incumbent will be quick to establish the work required to solve it and the potential value of results to the business. If a problem is spotted, then being happy to engage with the stakeholders to establish whether better reporting or analytics can fix it will be key.
