Sr Machine Learning Engineer, Solutions Architect

We are looking for a Solutions Architect, a thought leader to define strategy, build standard architecture for Dell’s Managed MLOps solutions. This role will be focused on working with Dell Engineering team to standardize the solution to be delivered as a Service to Dell’s customers.

As part of the Solutions Engineering team for Dell Global Cloud Enterprise Services team, you will:

• Work with offer solutions architects during the design phase to build a platform for Data Scientists, ML Engineers, DSI DevOps, and other customers for utilization of the ML environment
• Work with the development team and other stakeholders to prioritize, plan, and deliver software and infrastructure that meets client requirements.
• Design ML test cases and ensure that the final product passes usability before the release of the product
• Design and architecture of high-quality, complex CI/CD pipeline for ML model development.
• Utilize the Agile development methodology, CI/CD, for ML analysis for implementing and validating the solution requirements.
• Support industry certification for customers in Fed, finance, healthcare industry for on-prem and public cloud

Essential Requirements

• BS or MS in Engineering, Computer Science, technical degree, or equivalent work experience with 10+ years of experience in Architecting and Implementing highly available and scalable products - emphasizing products for highly technical users (e.g., software engineers, system engineers, site reliability engineers).
• 3-5 years experience working with Developers, DevOps, and Engineering teams in a dynamic environment to promote/implement the MLOps program throughout the organization.
• Hands-on deployment and architecture experience with Kubernetes using Tanzu, OpenShift or Cloud provider platforms
• Experiences in the design of application program interfaces (APIs) for applying AI / ML models in the cloud or hybrid environments
• Experience with Machine Learning pipeline &, monitoring related tools, and resolving potential issues during model training and production deployment. Examples include (but are not limited to) Kubeflow, TensorFlow Extended, etc.
• Managing Production deployment process, Driving development & adoption of Self-Service capabilities & Automation
• Design, implement and document standardized ML processes for ML Lifecycle Management, Model Versioning and Iteration, Model Monitoring and Management, Model Governance, Model Security, and Model Discovery

Desirable Requirements

• Preferred Hands-on deployment and architecture experience MLOps Platforms like Data Domino Labs, DataBricks, cnvrg.io or Cloud provider platforms (Sagemaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML)
• Team player, supporting and promoting team accomplishments with a proven ability to drive change through influence and collaboration across a matrix organization in a highly fluid environment.
• Ability to work with APIs and Plugins to integrate into established CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working closely with Site Reliability Engineering teams
• Exceptional written and verbal communicator
