Minimum qualifications:

• MBA or Master's degree in a management, technical, science field, or equivalent practical experience
• 7 years of experience in an analytically-intensive role (e.g., management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, business intelligence, or data science)

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with leading due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships
• Experience building software products, either as a product manager, or engineer
• Experience in the data analysis workflow (e.g., data mining, statistical analysis, etc.)

About the job

As Strategy and Operations Lead in Developer X, you will work with leadership, product managers, engineers, and other experts to contribute to the success of Developer X. You will cover strategic projects and chief of staff domains. You will have an instrumental part in shaping and realizing our strategy by ensuring that we have efficient business operations, robust analytics, and compelling strategy narratives. You will partner with teams across the company to help align product-level strategies with the overall direction of external developers.

Responsibilities

• Drive key elements of organization-level business cadence (e.g., strategy planning, monthly business reviews, objective and key results reporting, headcount tracking).
• Manage communications (e.g., project reviews, steering committees, executive updates) to inform varied stakeholder groups, facilitate decision-making, and ensure strategy alignment.
• Define the performance metrics, and work with Product/Engineering teams to set up initiatives and experiments to move metrics.
• Help shape product strategies through business intelligence, market segmentation, and competitive analysis.
