Job Description

They are a data and data science consultancy, working with clients from an array of industries (farming, manufacturing, IoT, you name it!) on some really exciting and never done before projects.

• They're looking for Data Engineers to come aboard this small and tight-knit team as they undergo a significant amount of growth.
• Although this is a consultancy, you won't be shipped out on different projects, they work super closely together to pitch and deliver some really innovative solutions as a whole team.
• Tech-wise, you will ideally have most of the following:
• Knowledge of at least one cloud technology (Azure would be especially beneficial, but AWS and GCP are great too!)
• Awareness of data warehousing and data lakes

 Strong Python skills

• Knowledge of data pipelines and ETL processes

In terms of progression, there is tons of scope for growth on this team. They will fund any certification exams for you and put together study groups for support if anyone on the team is taking the same exam, so you really feel like you're in it together.

Most of their data team is based in Edinburgh, although they are open to UK wide remote employees. For those based in the city, they are operating on a hybrid system, and generally like to get the team in the office once or twice a week to collaborate.

Salary-wise, they are looking for a folk with a range of experience, and offering up to 75,000, depending on experience.
