This is an opportunity to work within Nike’s end-to-end Supply Chain Commercial Analytics team to design and develop analytics products to optimize the sourcing, manufacture, and movement of product across our complex global supply chain network. Nike delivers over 1.4B units globally from over 500 factories to over 70 distribution centers. Our analytics help operations balance speed, service, quality, sustainability, cost and convenience to serve our ecommerce consumers, 1000’s of stores, and wholesalers. As a Principal Product Director within the Consumer Analytics organization, you will play a lead role on a team of cross-functional partners and analytics professionals to design Nike’s supply chain network of the future. You will identify and scope new opportunities and execute high-impact projects to enable Nike’s mission to bring inspiration and innovation to every athlete* in the world.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As a Principal Product Director, you will be a leader driving the strategy, roadmap, and prioritization within a squad of Data Scientists, Supply Chain Modelers, Data Engineers, and Data Analysts. You will gather requirements from internal partners within Nike to define and prioritize work that allow us to build world-class analytic based products. Products could support either strategic business decisions (e.g., materials sourcing strategy) to operational business decisions (e.g., container leading sequencing) leveraging Machine Learning, Simulation, Supply Chain Modeling, and Optimization to drive insights and improved performance across cost, sustainability, quality, consumer convenience and service metrics. You will monitor and understand the competitive landscape to ensure our products are sustainable and enable Nike to better serve our consumers in an ever-changing environment.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will lead a squad of Data Scientists, Supply Chain Modelers, Data Engineers, and Data Analysts within the Commercial Analytics organization to produce Machine Learning, Simulation, Supply Chain Modeling, and Optimization solutions that aid operational decision making or inform strategic future supply chain network design. As the Principal Product Director, you will be responsible to set the vision and roadmap for a portfolio of products critical to Nike’s success as it accelerates its ability to provide customers with the right products when and where they want them globally.
This is a highly visible position and will require you to collaborate with teams across the company including leadership in Product Management, Technology, UX, and Nike’s end-to-end supply chain.
