Minimum qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with coding in Python.
• Experience with delivering technical training in an instructor-led or video format.
• Experience with creating and managing lab activities or machine learning proofs of concept.

Preferred qualifications:

• PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Experience delivering learning solutions for technical audiences.
• Knowledge of and experience with cloud computing technologies.
• Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.

In this role, you will work closely with technical subject matter experts (SMEs) to design, develop, and maintain technical learning content and curricula for technical personnel who design, build, and maintain machine-learning solutions. You will guide and mentor technical curriculum developers who build training materials from the designs you originate.

Additional Information
(Colorado only*) Minimum salary of $139,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

Responsibilities

• Perform needs and tasks analyses, scope projects, and evaluate existing materials to identify the most appropriate training approach and content to help global audiences learn.
• Design and develop creative learner-centered training programs, modules, and materials in multiple modalities, including blended classroom learning, interactive e-learning modules, videos, device learning labs, job aids, facilitator guides, and resource materials.
• Mentor Technical Curriculum Developers for machine learning, and drive the overall learning curriculum for this area.
• Work closely with the cloud professional certification team to ensure alignment of learning assets to credentials and certifications.
• Co-deliver train-the-trainer and other instructor-readiness initiatives, and speak in public forums.
