Job Description

The Coca-Cola Company's mission is to refresh the world and make a difference. In support of this mission, we are looking for someone to execute data analyses and produce insights in support of our internal clients and stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a strong research and data analysis acumen, as well as a basic understanding of storytelling. This role reports to the Director of People Analytics in the People Insights, Strategy, and Culture center of excellence.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct statistical analyses to answer strategic business questions.
  • Bring new thinking and insights based on experiences and external best practice sources.
  • Develop a project or research plan to address business questions or objectives, including executing the appropriate analyses and leveraging storytelling to communicate insights to key partners and decision-makers.
  • Assist in the design of reports and/or dashboards.
  • Support research and initiatives in the areas such as talent development, recruitment, employee engagement, job analysis, data governance, etc.
  • Partner with key stakeholders and clients to identify data and analytic needs, delivering analyses and insights in alignment with project goals.

Education Requirements:

Bachelors/Masters/PhD student in Psychology, Sociology, Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or other Behavioral Science disciplines OR recent university graduate OR someone looking for a career change.

Functional Skills:

  • Data analytics skills, including the ability to perform basic statistical techniques (e.g., regression, ANOVA) and research design experience.
  • Experience using SPSS or R/RStudio (or a willingness to learn), Power BI; proficient in using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Familiarity with research design best practices.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and proactively identify issues or opportunities.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and conflicting priorities.
