Responsibilities

Markets Operations Solutions team is looking for a Data Scientist and Tableau Lead who will play a key role in design, develop and delivering key metrics in D2R2 platform. Candidate will be involved in:

• Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals as well as identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements
• Candidate will work with complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting needs.
• Build predictive pattern and trends, related to investigation and root cause determination business operations, operational functions, workflow, processes, and other business-related issues.
• Provide expertise in area and advanced knowledge of applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint
• Construct dashboards and reports as needed using Tableau Desktop and collaboration using Tableau Server. Create report schedules on Tableau server.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with Business Intelligence tools developer or administrator.
• 5+ years overall IT experience.

Required Skills:

• Strong Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, Python and R
• Strong knowledge on business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau)
• Strong mathematics skills (e.g., statistics, algebra)
• Working knowledge of statistics
• Ability to visualize data in the most effective way possible for a given project or study
• Experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Prep data extract/output.
• Experience with machine learning and AI
• Experience of working in a demanding and results driven, time critical environment

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Prior Financial industry experience will be a plus
