Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ability to debug and optimize code and automate routine tasks
- Systematic problem-solving, coupled with effective communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive
- Prefer working in an agile team-based environment
Experience: 4 -5 years
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer science or related
- Experience with Meditech Magic Programming
- 4-5 years’ experience of Java/C/C++ development
- Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java/C/C++ code
- Good understanding of data structures and algorithms and experience with IPC including socket programming
- Knowledge of systems design and low-level hardware interactions
- Multithreading experience including race conditions, deadlocks and debugging
- Knowledge of XML (XDS, XPath, XSLT), JSON, NoSQL and relational databases
- Knowledge of BOOST and STL
- Familiar with Object Oriented Analysis and Design, Web Services and RESTful architecture principles
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Can work independently
Desired:
- Interest and ability to learn other coding languages as needed
- Interest in designing, analyzing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems
- Experience with a micro-services architecture (such as Istio)
- Experience transitioning architectures to the cloud
