Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business and Data Analyst to join the Medical Advanced Analytics & ML/AI team, which is part of the augmented Intelligence department. In partnership with business stakeholders in the Cardinal Health Medical segment, this team uses data to recognize and deliver opportunities to leverage Advanced Analytics & ML/AI and deliver business & customer value.
Responsibilities
The Business and Data Analyst is responsible for using information gathered from conversations with business stakeholders & Data in the IT systems to understand the business in multiple functional areas of the Cardinal Health Medical segment (especially the At Home business unit). He/She is also responsible for understanding the application landscape and business capabilities delivered and supported for each of the applications in the landscape. He/She will maintain relationships with the business and leverage requirements engineering practices and methods to enable improved business processes to drive business success. They align business strategies and capability needs into business and technical requirements to ensure IT systems enable the desired value.
This role will also be responsible for leading the elicitation of detailed requirements from the Product Owner and other subject matter experts and stakeholders to define epics, features and detailed stories at sufficient detail to enable efficient and predictable delivery. This role would need to maintain relationships with Product Owners, subject matter experts and IT stakeholders.
