Job Description
Responsibilities
- Conduct cutting-edge research in the fields of natural language processing and machine learning
- Participate in and support development of ByteDance's products
- Incubate new products with artificial intelligence technologies
Qualifications
- Strong research capability in, but not limited to, the following areas, e.g., as the lead author of published papers at ACL, EMNLP, NAACL, NIPS, ICML
- Natural language understanding
- Natural language generation
- Knowledge and reasoning
- Recommendation and search
- Reinforcement learning
- Deep learning and representation learning
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong algorithmic and coding skills
