Job Description

McKesson is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Supply Chain Analytics Team assisting with analytics, tool development, and reporting as well as identifying opportunities within the business to gain efficiencies. This position would also be responsible for providing ad-hoc data analysis to answer questions and solve business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Supply Chain Analytics, Operations, and Materials Management Teams to support strategic and long-term projects
• Develop models to identify trends and support Management in analyzing operational efficiency, meeting key targets, maximizing business opportunities, and evaluating operational change programs
• Must be able to interpret and provide guidance on project requirements.
• Act as the subject matter expert for visualization tools like Power BI.
• Maintain and deliver established reporting and tools
• Create new standard and ad-hoc reporting
• Maintain data integrity and ongoing quality control of source data and delivered reports
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and end-user documentation
• Prepare written analysis and summarize results using graphical representations and professional formatting
• Use Python to assist in automation in-order to develop process efficiency

Minimum Requirements
5+ years experience in analytics or data related fields

Critical Skills
 

• 3+ years experience as a Reporting Analyst, Report Writer/Analyst, and/or Data Analyst
• 2+ years experience in distribution, healthcare, or other related industry
• 2+ years experience with SQL, data extraction methodologies, relational and dimensional databases methods
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel- Pivots, VLOOKUP’s, Sum/Ifs)
