Job Description

We are revolutionizing technical hiring by giving companies a skills-based hiring platform that enables our customers to assess technical skills effectively. We are growing fast and looking to add to our Sales Operations team. This position is Full-Time and Remote within the United States.

You are excited to make an impact and will serve as the data expert for Sales & Marketing. As the Senior Sales Data Analyst, you will work alongside Sales & Marketing Leadership to implement new data models, identify trends, and drive key decisions. You will manage existing reporting infrastructure, build new infrastructure, and drive best practices.

You will be working on:

• Equip GTM leaders with data and insights required to make key decisions
• Create and deliver reports & dashboards in Salesforce, spreadsheets, or other tools, using data from various Sales, Marketing, and Product data sources. Provide actionable insights for the GTM and Executive teams
• Manage Sales & Renewal Forecast and Pipeline datasets; build monitoring dashboards to proactively identify leading indicators
• Design and own data & reporting infrastructure for Sales & Marketing Funnel
• Own data strategy for Sales & Marketing (structure, warehouse design, snapshot cadence, tool & technology roadmap & infrastructure)
• Partner with Sales Operations to modify and build infrastructure and automation

We are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Ops, Strategy, or otherwise supporting Sales in a B2B SaaS Company. Experience working with Sales Forecasts and Retention
• 5+ years of experience with complex data sets from various sources
• Ability to create reports & dashboards that clearly and quickly convey actionable insights, as well as the ability to tailor communications to different audiences without sacrificing clarity
• Equally comfortable with process, systems, data, and people
• You love to work cross-functionally and move fast on multiple projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and organizational & project management skills
• Proficient with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets)
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com
