Our internship program will give you a chance to get real-world business experience and build your network before graduation. We are seeking an energetic, responsible intern to join our growing organization. As a Salesforce DevOps Intern, you will have an opportunity to be part of a passionate team that innovates, builds, and defines processes for DevOps Salesforce CRM. The candidate will have exposure to learn Salesforce, DevOps, security, automation, and data analysis related technologies. You will engage with different Salesforce development teams, Senior IT leaders and Commercial leaders.

This position has many opportunities to offer! As part of this job, they will learn and work on some of the following technologies but not limited to only these.

• Salesforce configuration and deployment
• GitHub and GitHub Action
• Automation using python, Salesforce CLI, ANT and other RPA processes like UIpath as needed.
• Data Analysis, machine learning to assess log data and identify anomalies and exposure to PowerBI, Splunk to report out metrics.

You will learn the ins and outs of our daily routines and procedures for Salesforce application. You will focus on learning how our organization runs, and will gain valuable insight that can further your interest in your chosen career field.

Crucial Functions:

• Deploy Salesforce Releases to various environments.
• Enhance CI/CD pipeline automation. coding using ANT,github actions and python or similar technologies.
• Work with various developers/system admins of Salesforce in the release process.
• Building report metrics with PowerBI
• Machine learning on log data and observe any anomalies.
• Solve and resolve any deployment issues.
• Automation of manual processes
• Understand Sales,Marketing and Service processes at Thermofisher.

Qualifications:

• Student currently enrolled in classes leading to an accredited Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree.
• Preferred majors: Information Systems, Information Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science or other related major
• Hands-on programming and interest to learn different technologies.
• Exposure to source control tools like DevOps or CI/CD will be added advantage.
• Problem Solving and attention to detail.
• Strong desire and motivation to develop a career in IT
• Good Interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a cross-functional team
• Ability to learn, be mentored, and improve.
