Job Description

  • Own a technical activity of team from end to end from understanding requirements working with end users and global functional leaders, finalize a technical approach, implement & validate the same and communicate with end users
  • Provide technical coaching to team and act as internal reviewer and ensure First time right for al deliverables of team
  • Publish KPIs & dash boards in consultation with technical manager and identify opportunities for continuous improvement of processes.
  • Ensure required technical documentation for all activities of team are published & updated regularly
  • Communicate effectively with all stake holders and ensure alignment on plans and avoid escallations
     

Desired Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering/Science discipline with 10 to 15 years of work experience.
Mechanical engineer would be an added advantage.


Technical Skills / Knowledge Required

  • Bachelor’s engineering with understanding about product, bill of materials, knowledge of materials of construction
  • Proficiency with Oracle and exposure to other ERP tools like SAP
  • Strong organizational ability to track multiple projects through dashboards.
  • Training experience is an asset.
  • Must be customer focused and service oriented.
  • Zeal to learn and come up with innovative ideas for problem solving
