You'll join an exciting, fun and collaborative team of software engineers, testers and deployment engineers.?We’re seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our awesome IMPACT Mobile professional services team.?IMPACT Mobile is a converged platform that allows enterprises and communications service providers (CSPs) to securely manage network-connected devices through the entire device lifecycle.

What you will learn and contribute to 

You will be highly engaged with your team and our customers. You love to innovate and collaborate with internal teams and with our customers to find the best solution for their business needs.

  • Translate complex technical and functional requirements into detailed designs
  • Develop and implement data pipelines that extracts, transforms and loads data (ETL) 
  • Work on ingesting, storing, processing and analyzing large data sets
  • Hadoop development and implementation
  • Work closely with a data science team implementing data analytic pipelines

Your skills and experience

You have:

  • Bachelor´s Degree or equivalent experience required. Candidates with Bachelor´s in Computer Science or Engineering will be more relevant
  • At least 7 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent analytical/problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Understanding of data warehousing and data modeling techniques
  • Proficient and knowledgeable in core Java, Linux, SQL, and any scripting language 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of a cluster and parallel architecture as well as high-scale or distributed RDBMS and/pr knowledge on NoSQL platforms
  • Deep expertise working with data (Clean, dirty, unstructured, semi structured)

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Message Broker technologies specifically Cloudera CDH Hadoop ecosystem (Yarn, Spark, Hive, Impala, Sqoop, HBase, Hue, Kafka) and Oozie 
  • Knowledge of industry-wide analytical and visualization tools (Tableau) 
  • Expertise in Data Extraction, Transformation and Load processing for large enterprise systems
