Job Description

• This career step requires intermediate-level experience.
• This position analyzes data from multiple sources, including data lakes, internal/external data, data warehouses, etc.
• Uses machine learning, statistics, trend analysis, and other data analysis techniques to collect, explore, and identify the appropriate data to analyze cell tower contracts, solve various business problems, and build business cases.

• Responsible for business case development, extensive data analytics modeling using tools (Ex: including but not limited to: Tableau, Palantir, Power BI, Infosys-NIA, AWS Azure, etc.), and business process integration. Gathers, analyzes, and interprets a wide variety of data to identify favorable leasing provisions.
• Quantifies the significance of data variances applies an array of statistical methods ranging from traditional to newly- developing within the Big Data space.
• Uses conventional modeling techniques to build models that support decision-making.
• Generates reports, charts, tables, and other visual aids supporting findings.
• Advises business partners with regard to patterns and relationships in data to recommend business direction or outcomes.

• Intermediate-level technical professional. Subject matter technical knowledge within a discipline and sound understanding of ATT technologies.
• Education: Preferred Masters’ degree from an accredited University in a Quantitative field of studies such as Data Science, Math, Statistics, Engineering, or Physics. Experience:
