Job Description

  • Mandatory requirement: Engineering, Sciences, or Analytics degree as a minimum educational requirement for entry into the position.
  • Understanding client data requirements
  • Collating and interpreting datasets
  • Interacting with offshore technical teams on a daily basis
  • Liaising between the client team and offshore teams and resolving issues at the client team
  • Focus on data exploration, reporting, and visualization tools for client-side analysis
  • Exploratory data analysis involves data cleaning and manipulation to prepare the datasets for the ML models, Python and R are the languages used for this exercise
  • Defining and managing the work plan and action steps
  • Conduct statistical analysis and modeling by applying knowledge of advanced machine learning models logistic regression, classification and regression trees, neural nets, clustering, survival analysis, and segmentation
  • Experimenting various ML models and deciding on the one that yields the best accuracy through cross-validation
  • Parameter tuning and creation
  • Write and analyze the results of queries and prepare reports from the analyzed data
  • Evaluation of the predictive models and the forecasts generated
  • Build Optimization models (Ex- Mixed Integer programming, Linear programming models)
