Job Description

We at Innovaccer are looking for a Data Architect that will help us to manage engineering teams to develop and maintain innovative and enterprise-grade products in healthcare. You will build, grow, and collaborate with a high-performing group of engineers, managers, and quality assurance personnel. While delivering high-quality products on time to meet business growth objectives, you will also be designing and setting up engineering architectures.

A Day in the Life at Innovaccer:

• Evaluate current systems, review objectives with stakeholders
• Design conceptual and logical data models and flowcharts
• Build and manage the data architecture for the Data lake
• Define Data Governance, Data Stewardship, and Data Life cycle management policies
• Analyze applications, operations, and programming to determine database structural requirements
• Propose database solutions through potential system designs
• Design and Develop database/data warehouse designs to store and retrieve complex relational data for multiple use-cases
• Design and Migrate data from legacy systems to new solutions
• Improve system performance by conducting tests, troubleshooting and integrating new elements
• Define security and backup procedures
• Coordinate with product and project teams to identify future needs and requirements
• Facilitate training for users

 Preferred Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or related field required
• Master’s degree in related field preferred
• Experience in data architecture and Data Modeling.
• Strong knowledge of Snowflake, Databricks, Postgres, SQL, AWS, and Azure
• Familiarity with ROLAP/ OLTP databases such as Redshift / Postgres / Teradata prefered
• Experience in project management and Hadoop is a plus
• Analytical mind, critical thinker, problem-solver
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
