Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Work through consolidating data sources into a central insights dashboard to enable the team to perform analysis more efficiently, across sentiment data, sales data, performance data and CARE data
  • Create a new sentiment classifier tool with advanced models, providing a higher accuracy
  • Create custom dictionaries based on use-cases to have a learning pattern for the model
  • Build and run statistical models that can inform the hypotheses using Python or R, execute analyses across Descriptive, Inquisitive and Predictive types
  • Develop tools for automation and data visualization in Power BI
  • Extract & maintain customer reviews from retailer websites across multiple geographies
  • Calculate net sentiment across devices, form factors, OEMs, OS, and other attributes
  • Map RCR sales data, performance data and CARE data (SOP, WTP) with the Device Sentiment Data
  • Refresh and publish the integrated dashboard; perform dashboard enhancements
  • Generate insights & create writeup for the newsletter
  • Identify potential analysis opportunities that can further strengthen product marketing decision making process
  • Extract data from the different data sources and perform exploratory data analysis and generate core hypothesis to test

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Analytics / Quantitative Field or another closely related field
