Job Description

Bachelor's degree or higher education from an accredited university
• Experience applying industrial engineering functional support in a production environment (e.g. capacity analysis, production planning & scheduling, manpower analysis, performance reporting & layout and flow)
• Experience applying lean manufacturing principles & implementing continuous improvements with demonstrated results
•Management & leadership experience

• Partner with production managers to understand the needs of the business and translate those needs into Industrial Engineer (IE) deliverables
• Assign and prioritize tasks for the IE team and ensure that the tasks are driven to completion
• Help the team continually apply advanced IE concepts and techniques to analyze processes and support product and process design teams in all stages of the product life cycle
• Recruit, select, and train new team members. Help drive the continual development of the team through regular coaching and feedback.
• Contribute to IE body of knowledge playbooks.
• Continue to shape the IE/OE team, developing and deploying strategies that equip the team to excel now and in the future.

A level 5 employee Typically has 14 - 20 years of professional experience.
