Job Details

The Customer Success Group (CSG) organization at Salesforce is responsible for on-boarding, product usage, best practices, training, customer support, professional services, partner certification, and developing long-term relationships with Salesforce customers. The Digital Success and Scale (DSS) group in CSG builds data driven intelligence on customers’ usage and adoption, which in turn is used to help customers further improve on adoption, through groundbreaking data products, data analysis, data engineering and deep data science & modeling!
As the Director Program Management, Scrum Master, you will have immense opportunities to work on a broad cross section of system integration data valuation, data science and engineering. You will play a significant role in enabling data to empower business groups formulate key strategies, improve business processes like Adoption & Growth, Product Adoption, Renewals, Success services etc through a data driven approach. The results of your work will help Salesforce customers be even more successful on the world’s greatest customer success platform!
 

Responsibilities:

  • Run GUS walls (Salesforce Agile tool) across data valuation, data science, and engineering
  • Lead requirements capturing sessions and maintain business and technical requirements documents for analytics projects and document the detailed requirements in the form of use cases, user stories, and well-defined acceptance criteria and conduct daily standup and lead the notes
  • Own the team V2MOM (yearly plan) and roadmap and Support in ensuring hygiene around performance reviews, critical metrics, quarterly planning
  • Communicate results, methods, and findings to leadership and influence lead to taking action on these findings. 
  • Facilitate workshops to align on requirements and expected business outcomes
  • Build a diverse and inclusive team culture, passionate about growing diverse representation, retention, and improving inclusion

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of the Agile methodologies with 6 or more years proven experience, as well as how to implement, teach, and modify as appropriate for the team and organization
  • Experience with master data management, data integration, data governance, data analysis, or data quality to support cross-functional business teams.
  • Strong ability leading enterprise system integration, data architecture, and data warehouse programs.
  • Active Agile certification
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations to executive leadership audiences.
