Role Definition
Responsible of connect the right data and define operational metrics to all objectives for all digital projects and evaluate activities effectiveness

Responsibilities / Key Activities
- Measuring ROI: connect the right data and define operational metrics to all objectives for all digital projects including SM campaigns.

- Effectively communicate results and insights to the organization.

- Conduct online and database searches (social listening) and simple analysis/summary of data request.

- Accountability evaluating effectiveness of digital activities including channel performance.

- Responsible of the physicians database (GRV, MDM, Reltio, Customer Repo).

- Understand and have experience in modeling and analysis of SM campaigns, including quantifying direct impact on sales, P&L and financial skills.

- Ability to efficiently translate the digital data in tangible results

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Familiarity with pharmaceutical data and visualization tools is desirable (Tableau, Microstrategy) and Data Science Tools (Dataiku, Knime, Alteryx)

- Understanding of predictive models: AI/ML

- Desirable to be familiar with pharmaceutical data and visualization tools (Tableau, Microstrategy) and Data Science tools (Dataiku, Knime)

- Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills

- Ability to connect, integrate and synthesize analysis into a meaningful so what to drive clear strategic recommendations and enable business decision making.
