Job Summary:
The primary purpose of this role is to lead highly visible and highly strategic bodies of work to identify and enable marketing strategies across all pillars of the Marketing organization. The Lead Analyst, Marketing Measurement, will work to analyze and measure various components of the Lowe’s multimillion dollar marketing plan (individual campaigns, quarterly performance assessments, measures of success, etc.) to determine key actions needed in order to accelerate ROI for the brand. The Lead Analyst, Marketing Measurement, will possess analytical problem-solving agilities, ability to synthesize multiple data points, will demonstrate the ability wrap multiple data points into a cohesive story and strategy. He/she will also possess strong leadership and collaboration skills, working cross functionally across key stakeholders to drive strong Marketing performance, translating analytical insights into strategies and actions, and ultimately deliver Marketing results.
