Job Description

To support our strong growth, we are looking for Data Scientists to join our talented teams who share a common passion for distributed services, scalability and continuous development.

As part of our dynamic Tech team, you are in charge of designing, developing, delivering and maintaining our platform. You contribute to the creation and deployment of robust, high-performance and high-availability services.

More precisely:

• You collaborate within a Data team with the Product Manager, Data Engineer and Software Engineers to design and build data processing solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
• You transform raw data into insightful analyzes characterized by excellent governance, transparency on the techniques used and clear documentation.
• You design and build distributed data processing services based on Data Science such as NLP.
• You establish models using Machine Learning algorithms to simplify the candidate's search as well as that of the recruiter.
• Thanks to your mastery of data science, you identify opportunities to improve the platform and support our customers through the application in their decision-making.
• You design and analyze rigorous experiments, help teams define relevant hypotheses and deliver solid analyzes of the results obtained.
• You identify the actionable metrics by our customers. You then develop dashboards and reports to monitor and anticipate activity.

Qualifications

You are a results-oriented data scientist with proven experience in data analysis, NLP and predictive modeling.

Specifically, as Data Scientist:

• You are proficient in Python and SQL
• You master the Scikit, Numpy, Pytorch, Pandas libraries…
• You have experience with Machine Learning methods and frameworks such as Tensorflow and their implementation
• You are familiar with development practices such as version control (git), testing frameworks, code review and CI/CD.
• You have an excellent knowledge of databases, schema design and optimization techniques as well as a good knowledge of NoSQL Databases.
• You are familiar with the AWS or GCP Cloud ecosystem.
• You have experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau or other.
• You have an analytical mind that enjoys solving complex problems.
• You are rigorous and pay great attention to detail.
• You are looking for efficiency and automation of your tasks.
• You have a bac+5 in Computer Science and Mathematics.
• You have a good command of English
