We're looking for people who are excellent at fundamentals, have willingness to learn, and have an unstoppable desire to follow through with the job. Our technology stack is primarily in Java/Javascript and while experience with these languages is great, it's not a necessity. InsideView engineering focuses on fundamentals, not the tools/languages that you already know.

InsideView as a business, we build end to end scalable systems whose responsibilities include Compliance identification, data retrieval, data storage, compliance policy evaluation, auditing and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build highly interactive web-based applications that can scale with application complexity.
• Work closely with the product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation and delivery of high quality products to users. 
• Apply new technology and innovation to improve products functionality. Also, create components, tools, libraries, and frameworks.
• Deliver an outstanding experience for our customers.

Your skills & education

Required

• Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Computer Science (or any related technical discipline)
• Quick & Excellent Problem Solving skills for complex & large scale problems.
• Very Strong OOP skills with proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g. Java, JavaScript, Python, C++, Node.js) and the eagerness to learn more.
• Proficiency in JavaScript with building web front-ends with modern technologies like Angular, React etc.
• Experience working with automated testing frameworks and cross-browser testing.
• Ability to write high performance and scalable code using software design patterns.
• Exposure to product development cycles and exposure to any of the agile methodology.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Selenium, TestNg, JMeter and TestLink
• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed storage (SQL or NoSQL; e.g. MySQL, Elasticsearch, Redis)
• Exposure to any cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure.
• Experience with Knowledge of A/B testing, product analytics and Unit testing frameworks is a plus.

 Experience

• We are looking for experienced software engineers with 1 - 3 years of relevant experience.
