Role: Lead Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• In-depth data analysis. Data processing, design, and should present it in ways to help people, businesses, and organizations make better decisions.

• Own the data quality and bring technical expertise to ensure the quality and accuracy of data

• Create, test, monitor, and improve key data quality metrics tied to the customer experience

• Leverage data to build conviction and consensus around prioritizing features thatimprove the customer experience and scale the business

• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to come up with actionable,high-impact insights across product lines and function

• Be highly adaptable in an ever-changing startup environment

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science, Mathematics or Scientific discipline
• 7+ years of industry experience
• Experience in taking a business problem, structuring it, and executing the problem
• Strong experience in SQL and Python
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience on standard tools
• Sound statistical knowledge in standard techniques: Logistic Regression, Classification models, Cluster Analysis, Neural Networks, Random Forests,Ensembles, Experimental Design, etc

• Strong analytic thought process and ability to interpret findings
• Experience in leading a team
• Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work both independently and with a team
