Job Description

An ideal candidate should

• Have a passion for teaching and creating an impact in the field of education
• Have a strong subject knowledge in Mathematics for grades 4 to 10
• Have impeccable communication skills (English) - verbal and written, camera facing skills
• Be able to map theoretical knowledge to practical applications
• Be a self-driven quick learner and show adaptability to new concepts and tools
• Show demonstrated ability to multi-task and think creatively
• Be able to make learning easy for students from different backgrounds and of different cognitive abilities

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conducting online audio/video classes, Clarifying doubts
• Creating a positive learning environment for students in grades 4 to 10 on our learning platform

Work Location : Work From Home

Employment Type : Full - Time

Compensation : CTC is INR 6 LPA ( 4 LPA fixed + 75000/- as variable + Upto 1.25 L as incentives)

Please Note:

• The duration of the video should be approximately 5 to 7 minutes.
• The video should include a short teaching demo on any one concept of the following or similar topics- Number System ( Different types of numbers ), Probability, Arithmetic Progression, Types and Properties of Quadrilateral, Lines and Angles, Coordinate Geometry, Algebraic Expression ( Basic explanation and types ), Fraction, Basics of Trigonometric Ratios , Linear Equation in one/two variables.
• The explanation of the concept should be appropriate for Grade 8 to 10 level.
• The demo should be in English.
• Please ensure you are visible and audible in the video.

• The size of the video file should not be greater than 150 MB.
