As a Global Product Lead, you will be responsible for knowing how Search Ads 360 is being used globally, and what capabilities are needed to meet customer needs. You'll work in close collaboration with our partners in-region to discover the specific needs of our customers and account teams around the world. You will lead with a global perspective while assisting regional team members to navigate the specific in-country needs of customers. You'll use your ability to influence executive leadership and align global teams on common goals to guide a unified product strategy. You'll work with Product Managers and Business teams globally to contribute to the development of Ad Measurement, Data Feeds, and Tooling to create advertiser and user value.

As part of the Global Solutions team, you'll help to ensure that Google has adopted the right strategy for our products. Working in one of three specialized areas – Performance, Brand, or Publisher & Platform – you'll use your expertise to help front-line Sales partners to work their magic quickly and effectively. You are passionate about all things digital, and want to help shape the world of online advertising.

Responsibilities

  • Gather feedback and partner with Search Ads 360 Product Managers to influence the product roadmap.
  • Plan, execute, and lead global launch strategy, commercialization efforts to drive product, and feature adoption.
  • Define strategic initiatives and align executive leadership on goals.
  • Communicate launches and changes to global account teams.
  • Build relevant business documentation to commercialize feature usage.
